Valpolicella d.o.c. classico
All of the grapes used to produce the following wines are typical from the Valpolicella region: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. The manual grape harvest begins at the end of September and finishes within the first few days in October. The wine making begins at a controlled temperature and stays for 7 day in special tanks with a reassembling system which are containers equipped with automatic system of stirring and breaking through the top hard layerd whith is formed the grape of the skin. The wine is then conserved in steel tanks and then bottled in the following spring of the harvest.
The wine presents itself as a red ruby colour.
A young and fruity bouquet.
A pleasant wine, fresh and moderately tannic.

To be served at a temperature of 18°C
Valpolicella wine is well suited to first course meals, cured meats in general i.e salami and to every day meals.
